Board game
Bathhouse Barons
A property-trading board game where you bid on Bathhouse Row leases and ride the tourist seasons
About the game
An original roll-and-move property-trading game for 2–6 players, any mix of people and AI opponents with six personalities. Buy lots, bid at auctions, build bathhouses up to a Grand Resort, trade, and try to outlast the other barons.
The board’s lots sit in town districts from Frontier Valley to Bathhouse Row, and the Row’s leases are sold only at auction. A month-by-month tourism calendar (racing season, spring training, the film festival, holiday lights) raises and lowers rents. Headlines cards come from town history and show their sources.
Play a Full game (with an optional year limit), a 12-month Short game, or the Common Ground variant inspired by the 1904 Landlord’s Game.
